Hey beautiful! I'm Amanda, the face, hands and heart behind Allure Artistry.
I'm a cosmetic tattoo artist based in North Lakes, Brisbane, with over five years of full-time experience specialising in lip blush, eyebrow and eyeliner tattooing but I have been in the industry for 10 years.
Before stepping into the beauty industry, I actually worked as a cake decorator! I've always had a creative side, a love for detail and a passion for making things beautiful. Cosmetic tattooing allowed me to turn that creativity into a career I genuinely love.
My absolute favourite treatment is lip blush. There's something so rewarding about enhancing someone's natural features and seeing the confidence it brings them.
For me, cosmetic tattooing isn't about changing the way you look. It's about enhancing what makes you uniquely beautiful, helping you feel confident in your own skin and making your everyday beauty routine that little bit easier.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me being a mum to my beautiful boy, lifting weights at the gym, enjoying breakfast somewhere delicious or sipping cocktails in the sunshine.
I've created Allure Artistry to be more than just a place to get a treatment. I want it to be a space where you feel comfortable, welcomed, listened to and completely at ease.

Message on InstagramMost clients describe it as a light scratching or tingling rather than pain. Amanda uses numbing throughout and keeps you comfortable the whole way through — the most common review line is "surprisingly relaxing". If you're a nervous nelly, say so. She's good with those.
Cosmetic tattoo is semi-permanent and softens gradually over time. Most clients enjoy their results for one to three years depending on skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure, with a refresh appointment keeping everything crisp.
No — consultations are offered for your comfort, not required. Plenty of clients book straight in, and Amanda goes through your shape and colour with you at the start of every appointment. If you're nervous or have questions, a consultation is a lovely low-pressure way to start.
Expect a few days of mild swelling or dryness and colour that looks bolder than the final result — that's completely normal. It settles and softens over the following weeks. You'll go home with full aftercare instructions and Amanda is only a message away.
